Australia Orders

The ExpressPost shipping option is used for all Australia orders.  Unfortunately, Australia Post does not offer insurance for parcels send within Australia so the ExpressPost tracking facilities are used to ensure a parcel can be tracked and delivered reliably. 

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from receipt of payment, though most orders will be fulfilled within a week.  Should there be any delay we will contact you by email.  You can check on your Customer Account to see when your order was shipped.

International Customers

You will be given the option of International postal services when you complete your order. Air Mail is most expensive but is the quickest delivery, taking up to 10 days. Economy is slightly cheaper but may take a few weeks while Sea Mail is the cheapest option but may take 2-3 months. Postal charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart system according to the product weight and the destination using Australian Post Distance Charges.

All items in our store are in stock so once payment is received we can dispatch your order the same day or the next business day.  The time for delivery, once we dispatch your order, can vary depending on where you live.  The following table provides indicative delivery times:
